Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Due to the high chances of being unable to fill appointment times with little-to-no notice of cancellation, we do require a credit card on file when booking appointments.
For appointment cancellations, we require at least a 24 hour notice before the booked appointment time. If there is no notice 24 hours before appointment, 50% of the appointment cost will be charged to the card on file.
If a no-show occurs where a client does not come to their appointment, 100% of the appointment cost will be charged to the card on file.
Children Expectations Policy
We strive to create a positive and enjoyable environment for all our clients, and we ask that children accompanying you adhere to our established expectations while in the salon. Due to the small size of our salon, we do ask parents who have children with them to be able to follow our Children Expectations Policy.
Children are allowed in the salon, however; only if they are able to comply with our policy.
They must behave, no yelling, no running around the salon, no getting in the way of professionals, etc. If they cannot follow these rules, we kindly ask that they stay home.
Please let your provider know if this is doable at least 24 hours in advance before your scheduled appointment time. If this is not doable, please communicate with your provider to figure out a way to reschedule your appointment. If your child does not comply to the expectations during the duration of your appointment, we will kindly request that you leave for the safety and comfortability of our other guests and professionals.
Thank you for your support in this matter.
No extra guests Policy
Due to the small size of our salon, we cannot accommodate extra guests in the salon who are not getting services done. We kindly ask for you to respect our policy and do not bring an extra person to your appointment with you.
If you are a parent or guardian of your child who is getting a service done, you are more than welcome to accompany them, but we just ask that 1 parent or guardian be present at a time.
If your child is older than 15 and individually a responsible person, you are more than welcome to leave them for their appointment and come back to pick them up at the end of their service.
